It’s about that feeling when the City boys put seven unanswered goals past the Melbourne Victory in The Melbourne Derby, it’s about being there to see our record-breaking women’s team lift yet another trophy, and it’s about losing your voice when Scott Galloway puts a third goal past Sydney FC to seal our first ever A-League Championship.
Being a Melbourne City member means more, and whether you’re signing up for the first time, or you’ve been with us from the very start, we think it’s important that every member is recognised for the part they play in building our great Club.
That’s why we’re introducing a brand-new Membership Loyalty Program in season 2021/22!
Our Loyalty Program is designed to celebrate and recognise consecutive years of membership by rewarding our most loyal members with additional extras, discounts, and unique membership products.
We value our members feedback and know that many of you are proud of your membership tenure and wanted a way to demonstrate your commitment to the Club, so we have developed this program as a way for you to do so.
We have developed 4 loyalty tiers based on consecutive membership tenure.

First Year
Consecutive member years: 0
Joining the City family is something to celebrate, so we think it's important to recognise our first year members and welcome them as they begin their membership journey.
First Year Members will receive a unique First Year Melbourne City membership pack (full season members only) along with a host of other benefits as a special thank you for joining the team.
BRONZE
Consecutive member years: 2-4
It's not the length of the journey that counts, but the memories you make along the way.

Not only are you well on your way to achieving Silver status, but you were there for some of the biggest moments in our Club's history when we lifted both the A-League Premiers Plate and Championship Trophy for the first time in season 2020/21!
SILVER
Consecutive member years: 5-9
From our record breaking Women's team, to our FFA Cup triumph and first A-League trophy, you've been there for some of the greatest moments in Club history.

GOLD
Consecutive member years: 10+
From the very beginning, you were there. Together we have experienced some of the highest highs and weathered some of the lowest lows. But no matter what, you’ve been with us every step of the way.
Your commitment and dedication to our Club goes without question and we want to recognise our Gold status members accordingly.

Fully transferable membershipIf you're unable to attend a match you can always lend your membership to a friend as all Melbourne City memberships are fully transferable (within the same age category or below).

Membership Loyalty Program - Terms & Conditions

Provision of benefits is subject to Member adhering to the Season 2021/22 Membership Terms & Conditions at all times.

Any unused benefits expire at the end of the A-League regular Season 2021/22, and unused portions do not roll over into future seasons.

All additional ticket allocations will be provided as digital tickets for the member’s selected home match/es, available by way of registration through the Ticketek website, which require acceptance of Ticketek’s terms and conditions. Published match fixtures are subject to change so please check the Club website for regular updates.

Entry to stadium will be subject to stadium capacity and entrance conditions. Seating allocations may be impacted by State Government or AAMI Park stadium management directions regarding COVID-19 social distancing measures.

To the extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law, refund provisions in Melbourne City FC’s Membership Terms and Conditions do not apply to additional ticket allocations under these benefits.
Melbourne City FC notes that benefits anticipated to be provided under a 2021/22 season membership may by adversely impacted by matters outside of its control, including but not limited to, restrictions imposed by State Government directions regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Subject to any applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees which cannot be excluded, the Club excludes all liability relating to the impact of such restrictions. These terms are not intended to limit the responsibilities of Melbourne City FC with respect to any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
